Divinity: Original Sin : MULTIPLAYER

Video Game - Divinity: Original Sin Wallpaper
Divinity: Original Sin allows for multiplayer co-op. Out of the box, it only allows for one additional player, with both players acting as the Source Hunters. Mods exist where more than two can play at once.

Any game can be taken online by going into the options menu. You can select the game to be offline, online to Steam friends only, online to invites only, or public.
By default, when another player joins a game, the newcomer will take control of the host's second Source Hunter. The host retains control of his first Source Hunter, and any AI-controlled characters on his party. Also, the host controls saving and loading. In fact, the other player cannot save; he is there only assist the host.
Still, the game is far more fun in multiplayer. The two Source Hunters can role-play with the conversations that come up, as well as possibly argue over mission objectives. For other conversations, players can simply tap Enter to open the chat window and type what you want to say.

Note that there is a minor interface bug with the chat window. As of July 23, 2014, if you type F or R, the hot key will activate and cycle through your hot bars even if the chat window is active. If you chat, be sure to check your hot bars before combat!#
